If you are not completely satisfied with your online purchase, you may return unused merchandise within 60 days of the original shipped date for a full refund of the purchase price, minus the shipping and handling charges.
Shipping and handling charges are not refundable unless the product arrived damaged or the incorrect product was shipped. Shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer for any returns of unwanted items.

- Merchandise must have all tags attached.

- Final Sale (#finalSale) and Festive Offer (#festiveOffer) items may not be returned.
- Cover or remove any original mailing address label or carrier barcodes from package.
- Ship your package using a trackable shipping method generated through our support portal (linked below). Zenwear cannot accept responsibility for packages we do not ship. Please keep the tracking details for your records.
Refunds & Processing Time
If your package arrives at Zenwear within the 60-day timeline specified above, please allow 14 business days for us to process your return. Please allow 1 to 2 billing cycles for the credit to show up on your credit card statement.
- You will be notified via email to the address listed on your account when this transaction has taken place. Your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from Zenwear.
